Classes

We run open and private workshops; class sizes are kept small to keep quality of teaching and instruction high. Maximum of 10-15 per class.

Block of 8 sessions 600 dhs
Each block of 8 sessions must be used with 1 month. If you miss a session then you can catch up in another class so you don’t lose out.

Sunday & Tuesday & Thursday @ 6:00 am: Emirates Golf Club (Grass)

This is a mixed class aimed at burning body fat as quickly as possible and is more of a bootcamp then anything else. 
We will be using sandbag, kettlebells, ropes and body weight exercises to get you lean ripped and fat free. 

Sunday & Tuesday @ 7:30 pm. Emirates Golf Club (Grass)

SPS training (strength, power, speed) Using heavy kettlebells, heavy sandbags and heavy ropes this workout is aimed at guys & girls who want to pack on muscle, while increasing strength, power & speed. We'll use workouts that have help Steve Cotter, Mike Mahler and numerous UFC fighters get into awesome shape.

Monday & Wednesday @ 8:30 am Emirates Hills (small park in P Cluster)

After dropping the kids off at school, what better time for a Yummy Mummy to have a workout! This class is aimed at girls and guys looking to burn fat and get trim, using Tabata training, kettlebells and sandbags, you'll have an great workout that will leave you body feeling tight and toned.

Monday & Wednesday @ 7:30 pm Emirates Golf Club (Grass)

Andrea is taking a hardcore fat burning workout using the most demanding exercise tools and training methods... Kettlebells, sandbags and body weight meets Tabata training, one of the most effective fat burning methods. With a floodlit golf course surrounding you and soft green grass at your feet, you're be feeling energized as soon as you arrive.

Beach kettlebell workout in the shade of JBR towers. This session is aimed at bringing together everyone interested in kettlebell training. We'll be looking at new moves and different workouts while burning fat and building muscle.

Last Friday of each month & 9:00 am - 11 am

Certification day. You will be tested on performance, Technique and knowledge of kettlebell training. Upon successful completion of each challenge/level you will be presented with a certificate signed and approved by myself.
